We have hosted the application purrr in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about purrr:

purrr enhances R’s functional programming capabilities by providing a consistent set of tools for working with lists and vectors, enabling safer and more expressive iteration compared to base R’s loop functions.

Features:

• map(), map2(), pmap() functions for iteration over vectors and lists
• walk() for side-effects (e.g., plotting) without return values
• map_if(), map_at() for conditional or scoped mapping
• Function wrappers: safely(), quietly(), possibly() for robust execution
• Consistent output: lists, vectors, data frames via map_df()
• Integrates with tidyverse pipelines and plays well with dplyr
